Using the above template, it is
very easy to lay out your own
family tree afghan.
Step 1
Determine which name or names (up to 2 names per
heart) you want in
any or all of the numbered hearts.
Step 2
List the heart number followed by the names in the
textbox provided
on previous page.
Step 3
Enter the Family name to be embroidered under the tree
trunk in the textbox.
