Question: How much are your shipping charges?

Answer: To insure you don't pay more than necessary, aSpecialGift.com uses a dynamic
shipping calculator that automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the delivery
location and the weight of your package. aSpecialGift.com uses UPS and USPS First
Class & Priority Mail to ship orders. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your
package and the delivery location. Our lowest shipping charge is $3.00 via First Class
Mail (US orders under 12 oz.) and $4.50 via US Priority Mail (US orders under 1 lb.). You
will be offered a choice of some or all of the following options during checkout based on
weight and delivery location:

US First Class Mail - US orders under 12 oz
US Priority Mail
UPS Ground
UPS 3 Day
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air

Follow these steps to obtain the shipping costs for your order prior to checkout:

1. Add your item or items to the shopping cart.
2. While on the Shopping Cart page go to the Shipping Calculator at the bottom.
3. Enter the Ship to City, Zip Code and Country then click on the Submit Button.
4. The next page will list the shipping options available with the cost for each and
    the number of business days it will take for your order to be delivered from the day
    you place your order.
5. You can then decide to proceed with your order payment or you can simply leave
    the "Shipping Options" page if you do not wish to complete your order.

Question: Do orders that are personalized ship in 48 hours or does the personalization take longer?

Answer: We specialize in personalized gifts and shipping them in 48 hours so your personalized gift order should ship in 48 hours. If there is an availability issue with
your order, we will notify you by email if you provide an email address or by phone
otherwise. Some orders that contain multiple items may take longer than 48 hours.
If you need to receive an order by a certain date, please advise us of that in the
"Comments & Special Instructions" box during checkout.

Question: How long will it take me to receive my order.

Answer: We strive to ship your order in under 48 hours so your order will be delivered in 3-7 business days based on your location and the shipping option you chose (except for Canadian and drop ship orders). Step 2 ("Shipping Options") will display "Days to Delivery" from the date you place your order based on the option you selected.

Question: Where do you ship from?

Answer: We ship from Leland, NC which is just outside of Wilmington, NC.

Question: What if I am not happy with my purchase?

Answer: We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will make every effort to rectify your complaint up to and including refunding your money. We cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided to
us on your order so please be sure to carefully check all spellings. Gifts that are personalized incorrectly due to a customer error cannot be refunded otherwise a web
site credit will be given for all personalized orders. Complaints must be made within
10 days of receipt of your purchase. See Store Polices for additional information.

Question: Will my email address or phone number be given or sold to other companies?

Answer: No. Email addresses and phone numbers are only used for contact information. We need to be able to contact you if we have questions with your order and we also email a notice when your order is shipped. If you do not provide an email, you will not receive an order confirmation or shipping notice. We may from time to time email you offers or promotional information. You will be able to opt out and no further information will be emailed to you.

Question: Can I pay by check or money order?

Answer: aSpecialGift.com accepts Money Order Payments only, personal checks are not accepted. There is a "Pay by Money Order" box during checkout directly below where the credit card information is entered. Click on the check box and complete the order
process. The address to mail your Money Order will be on your order confirmation.

(aSpecialGift.com reserves the right to confirm the validity of Money Orders received which may delay processing of

Question: Should I be concerned about entering my credit card information on-line?

Answer: Our checkout uses secure encryption which is very secure. When you go to the checkout you will receive a little "lock" icon displayed in your browser. This confirms
that the information is being encrypted and cannot be intercepted by a 3rd party. aSpecialGift.com uses a Network Solutions' secure certificate to provide encryption for
your credit card transactions.

Question: How is my credit card information stored.

Answer: We do not store complete credit card numbers in one database or in any one location, therefore, your credit card number can not be "hacked" by a third party.

Question: Do you ship to APO addresses.

Answer: Yes via US Priority Mail.

Question: Do you ship overseas?

Answer: No, currently aSpecialGift.com only ships to the US including APO's, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Question: Do you sell your products at wholesale or offer a drop ship program?

Answer: No, aSpecialGift.com is strictly an online retail store.
