This server tray will make the absolute best gift for any occassion and will look great while entertaining. We can personalize it using either style A or Style B setup. The Slate is easy to clean, all you need is warm soapy water and a sponge. This slate is coated with a food safe sealer. You can keep your slate looking new with a little bit of mineral oil applied periodically. We do recommend that you do not use the slate as a cutting board, it will dull your knife and cause the slate to chip.
